Message us the day before if you can. Wear clothes you can move in. An enquiry is not a confirmed place until we reply with the batch and the fee.

Questions we hear first.
I am not flexible. Can I still come?
Yes. Most of the room is built for that. Chairs, ropes, wheels, and a teacher who can change the pose. Tell us what feels difficult and we will place you in a batch that fits.
What does a class cost?
Sound meditation is ₹1,099 a session. Daily classes are priced for the batch and your requirements, and we tell you the fee before you commit. Aerial and teacher training are quoted when a set is open.
Is an enquiry a booking?
No. A WhatsApp message, call, or email asks for a place. We reply with the batch, the timing, and the fee. You are booked only when we confirm.
Do you teach online?
Yes. Ask which classes are running online that week. In-person classes are at the NRI Layout studio.
Where do I come, exactly?
First floor, above MedPlus, No. 1, Varanasi Main Road, Green Woods Layout, NRI Layout, Bengaluru 560036, near Ramamurthy Nagar. A restroom is on site. Parking and lift access are not confirmed — ask us if either one matters.
What should I wear or bring?
Clothes you can bend in. Ask us if you should bring a mat or water. Arrive a few minutes before the batch so you are not rushing the stairs.
Are Sunday evenings open?
No. Sunday is morning only, 6:00–10:00 AM. Monday to Saturday has a morning window and an evening window.
Is sound healing a medical treatment?
No. It is a rest and wellbeing practice. If you are pregnant or have a health condition, speak to your doctor and tell us before you join. Yoga classes are not a substitute for medical care.
